It's our 3rd birthday...but you get the gifts!
That's right: ChronicBabe.com is three years old this summer, and we're celebrating—but you're getting the presents! To kick off the summer's festivities, we're hosting an essay contest for all our fabulous Babes.
The contest:
Write an essay (maximum 150 words) about why you think ChronicBabe.com RAWKS. Was there a specific article that made you a true fan? Do you love the free Goodie Bag enewsletter? (Do you love the free ebook you got when you signed up for it?) What keeps you coming back? What makes you recommend the site to others? If you could dedicate a song to ChronicBabe.com, what would it be? (Okay, now we're just getting silly.)
Email us your essay by July 9 and you're entered. Easy! Just be sure to include these details to be eligible for prizes:
- Your first and last name
- The city where you live
- Your age
- A complete mailing address
- T-shirt preferences in case you win: 1. pink or white, 2. short or long sleeve, and 3. size (shirts are unisex, so they're pretty roomy): small, medium, large or extra-large
Who will win?
The Babe who makes Editrix Jenni cry the hardest with her awesomely heartfelt essay, that's who. Our top prize will be a box of goodies including a ChronicBabe t-shirt, mug, buttons, stickers, a beaded bookmark handmade by Jenni and more.
20 other Babes who wow us with their essays will win second prize and get a nifty ChronicBabe t-shirt.
And EVERYONE who enters (and supplies all the required details mentioned above) will get a handful of ChronicBabe buttons to wear and share.
Winning essays will be published on the site starting July 14
The winners will have their essays published starting July 14; we'll run a few essays each day through the end of the month. If you win, we'll post your essay with your full name, so be sure you're comfortable with that before you enter. We will never share your age or address; we'll only publish your full name and city with your entry.

In order to win, you must follow the instructions above. (If you write a kick-ass essay but don't tell us where you live, we can't send you a t-shirt.) All entries become the property of ChronicBabe.com, and we reserve the right to use any portion of any entry on our web site and/or in our marketing materials. Entries received after July 9 will be read and enjoyed, but won't be eligible to win.
